Awnings and Components reserves the right to modify at any time the information contained on its website and to suspend access at any time and without notice.

Regarding taxes, in addition to those used in the sale, the customs system of each country apply the relevant tax burdens so the costs of customs clearance and import taxes are not included on the item price nor the shipping costs.

Awnings and Components  will issue an invoice on products purchased and this invoice will be sent to the Customer via e-mail. The customer could print this invoice as long as the client use their identification number.

In the event that any bank deny payment of any amounts charged on credit card whose cause was not directly attributable to Awnings and Components, the customer shall bear all expenses incurred bothfor  bank charges such as debt collection or any other.

In any case Awnings and Components have the right to refuse an order. At the time of payment by bank transfer, it is important to indicate the order number which will be assigned on the purchase, also including if possible the customer name and surname.

The payment or bank transfer must be made during the 2 following days to the date when the order was confirmed. If these conditions were not followed, we could cancel your order.

The customer will be able to download the invoice of the purchase in his customer space in PDF format. Shipping and delivery times

 1 .- The delivery time, will begin to count from the date we receive notification of payment of the item or items, until the date the order is received at the destination address. This term, and as a guideline does not usually exceed 5 days for accessories, and 15 working days for ready-made awnings.

As mentioned above, these deadlines are always approximate, exempting Awnings and Components from any liability in the event that they are not met, due to transport problems or causes beyond the company's control.

2.- Similarly, any type of delay in the reception of an order can never justify the cancellation of the same nor the request for compensation by the Client or third parties.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to effect such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement. Awnings and Components is not liable for any kind of damage, either direct or indirect, caused by possible errors of any nature in the data sent by the user, except in case of fraud or gross negligence.
In the case of error not attributable to the user or delivery of a defective or damaged product, Awnings and Components will be obliged to exchange the product only once.


Upon receipt of the order, the user must examine the products received. Possible defects in the delivered goods, material errors not attributable to the user must be reported immediately by email to info@awningscomponents.com, indicating the order number and attaching photographs justifying the claim up to a maximum period of 14 days from the date you received the order. Awnings and Components will do everything possible to deal with the claims in the shortest possible time from receipt of the same, except weekends and holidays.

Awnings and Components assumes no liability whatsoever arising, by way of example but not limited to:
